Is very important to have the protein shake right after your workouts, it is essential for recovery, I did not use to drink shakes, and it was not easy to implement them into my diet, but once I started to have them, I realized the importance of them. There are guidelines and not facts, this is what has worked for me, but there is nothing out of the extraordinary and there is no reason why it should not work for you as well. Cheers. Andres E.
